  • Eligibility: Only products purchased directly from our website, kingsportoliveoilcompany.com, and brought to our physical store at 214 E Center St, Suite 100, Kingsport, TN 37660, are eligible for returns.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated and the product returned within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
  • Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

NOTE: We will NOT accept returns that are shipped to our store. The purchaser will need to follow the above steps in order to complete their return.

When returning your product in person, please ensure you:

  • Ensure the product is in its original packaging and condition.
  • Provide any additional information requested by our customer support team.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved:
